Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 10, 2026

We help practices find and fix accessibility issues on their websites, so we hold our own site to the same standard. Here is where we stand and how to reach us.

Our commitment

Mederi Sentinel, a product of Mederi Digital, LLC, is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, which is the same standard our product helps customers work toward.

Conformance status

We consider this website to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Substantially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, with some exceptions we are actively working to resolve. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we treat it as part of building, not a one-time check.

What we do

  • We build on a shared design system with accessible color contrast, focus states, and semantics baked in.
  • We run automated accessibility scans against our pages as part of our development process.
  • We review key flows with a keyboard and with screen readers, not just a mouse.
  • We keep decorative and animated visuals out of the accessibility tree so they do not distract assistive technology.
  • We write meaningful text alternatives, labels, and headings so pages are understandable out of context.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party embeds and content we do not fully control can introduce issues, and new pages can occasionally ship with something we missed. Where we find a gap, we prioritize fixing it. If you run into a barrier we have not listed, please tell us.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with commonly used assistive technologies. If you use an older browser or configuration, some features may work differently.

About our accessibility scanning

Our product reports automated accessibility signals for your review. It does not certify, guarantee, or determine your website's conformance with WCAG or its compliance with the ADA or any other law or standard. Automated scans can produce false positives and can miss issues, so findings are a starting point for review with your own advisors, not a legal determination.

Give us feedback

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you want to report an accessibility issue, we want to hear from you. Email hello@mederisentinel.com with the page address and a short description of the problem, and we will do our best to respond promptly and provide the information or function you need in an accessible way. You can also reach us through our contact page.

Ongoing review

We review this statement and our accessibility practices regularly and update the "Last updated" date above when we make meaningful changes.
