Mederi Sentinel ("Mederi Sentinel," "we," "us," or "our") is a website risk and growth intelligence product operated by Mederi Digital, LLC. This policy covers our marketing website at www.mederisentinel.com and our application at app.mederisentinel.com (together, the "Service").

The short version

• We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI).
• Our visitor insights are aggregate and anonymous. We do not build profiles of individual website visitors.
• We only inspect the public content of the websites you ask us to scan.
• We do not sell your information.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, request a demo, open a support ticket, or create an account, we collect details you choose to share, such as your name, work email, practice name, website address, and the contents of your message. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing details (we do not store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically on our website

Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools may record standard technical data, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring website. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Information from the Service

When you use Mederi Sentinel, we process the public pages of the website you connect so we can run accessibility, privacy-risk, performance, findability, and trust checks, and store the resulting scores and findings for your account. If you add our optional Insights snippet, we record aggregate, anonymous visitor behavior for your site. We inspect page structure (such as labels, placeholders, input names, and visible text) to produce those insights; we do not capture the values your visitors type into forms, and session replays are structural only, with no text or images.

Protected health information (PHI)

Mederi Sentinel is designed so that PHI never enters the Service. We do not collect patient names, symptoms, dates of birth, insurance identifiers, medical records, or appointment details, and we track aggregate behavior only. Because we do not receive PHI, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is not required to use the Service. Please do not send PHI to us through any form, email, or message. If you believe PHI has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To run the scans and produce the findings, scores, and recommendations you request.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send service messages and, where permitted, occasional product updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to run the site and, with your consent, to understand how it is used so we can improve it. You can accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies from the banner on our site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Service providers we rely on

We share information only with vendors who help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it. These include providers for hosting and infrastructure, our database, user authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and AI-assisted report generation. We do not sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege data access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.

We keep account and scan information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to those obligations.

Your privacy rights

International visitors and children

The Service is operated in the United States, and information is processed here. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice.
