Senior Product Designer

ProductRemote (US)Full-time$140,000 - $185,000 + equity

We are turning noisy, technical website signals, accessibility, HIPAA risk, speed, and growth, into a calm, plain-English product that independent practices actually use. Design is central to that promise.

As our senior product designer, you will own the end-to-end experience: research, interaction, visual design, and the design system. You will set the bar for craft in a small team and have an outsized impact on how the product feels.

What you'll do

  • Own product design end to end, from problem framing and research through polished, shipped UI.
  • Evolve and maintain our design system so the product stays consistent and accessible as it grows.
  • Design flows that make complex, technical findings feel clear and actionable.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship, and with the founder on product direction.
  • Champion accessibility in everything we design, since it is core to what we do.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with shipped work you can walk us through.
  • A strong portfolio showing craft, systems thinking, and clear problem-solving.
  • Fluency in a modern design tool (Figma) and in building/maintaining design systems.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
  • A real understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing data-dense dashboards or B2B SaaS.
  • Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS/Tailwind) to collaborate closely with engineers.
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated, trust-sensitive spaces.
