We are turning noisy, technical website signals, accessibility, HIPAA risk, speed, and growth, into a calm, plain-English product that independent practices actually use. Design is central to that promise.

As our senior product designer, you will own the end-to-end experience: research, interaction, visual design, and the design system. You will set the bar for craft in a small team and have an outsized impact on how the product feels.

What you'll do

Own product design end to end, from problem framing and research through polished, shipped UI.
Evolve and maintain our design system so the product stays consistent and accessible as it grows.
Design flows that make complex, technical findings feel clear and actionable.
Partner closely with engineering to ship, and with the founder on product direction.
Champion accessibility in everything we design, since it is core to what we do.

What we're looking for

5+ years of product design experience, with shipped work you can walk us through.
A strong portfolio showing craft, systems thinking, and clear problem-solving.
Fluency in a modern design tool (Figma) and in building/maintaining design systems.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
A real understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.

Nice to have

Experience designing data-dense dashboards or B2B SaaS.
Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS/Tailwind) to collaborate closely with engineers.
Background in healthcare or other regulated, trust-sensitive spaces.
