What we do not collect
No patient names, dates of birth, or contact details.
No symptoms, insurance details, or appointment details.
No values typed into forms. We look at how a form is used, not what anyone enters.
What we do look at
We count actions in aggregate, such as pageviews and form starts, and we look at the structure of your pages. Session replays capture page structure only, never the words on the page.
