The Insights snippet is a small piece of code you add to your website one time. Once it is in place, it quietly does its job in the background so Mederi Sentinel can show you how visitors use your site.

You do not need to understand what the code says or change anything inside it. Copy it, drop it into your site, and you are done. Because it loads from our servers, it updates itself when we add new features, so you never have to paste a new version.

Where to find your snippet

Open Settings, go to Locations, click the actions icon next to your website, and select "View Script". Your snippet is shown there, ready to copy.

Adding it to your site

  1. Copy the snippet from Settings.

  2. Paste it into your website so it loads on every page. Most site builders have a place for this, often called custom code, header code, or embed code.

  3. Save and publish your site.

How to know it is working

Once the snippet is live and a few people have visited your site, your visitor insights begin to fill in. If you do not see anything after a day, double-check that the snippet is on every page and that your site is published.

The snippet never collects patient information. It looks at how pages are used, not what anyone types into a form.
